6 oz Chicken Breast
1 small tomato
2 oz mushroom
1/4 cup sliced onion
1 tsp garlic
pinch rosemary
pinch oregano, Italian seasoning
pinch salt and pepper
(any other veggies that you like)
- Bake the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes or you can sauté
it in a pan with olive oil.
- Combine onion, mushroom, diced tomato in saucepan.
- Add 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, Italian
seasoning, and garlic. Sauté over medium heat until tender.
- Add 4oz tomato juice to sautéed veggies heat 2-3 minutes
on medium heat.
- Smoother the chicken breast with the vegetable tomato garden
sauce for a quick and easy nutritious meal or snack.
